Included in the class are all the tools necessary to be successful at decorating cakes. You’ll learn how to stack, ice, and smooth down a vanilla cake in preparation for the fun stuff- the icing art! You will learn all about icing bags and tips, and how to pipe rosettes and leaves to create a gorgeous array of edible icing flowers. You will leave the class with hands-on experience and a great understanding of icing and how to use it.
